Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout within South Africa.

We strive to meet delivery timelines but are not liable for delays or lost packages caused by third parties, customer actions, or unforeseen events.

If a package is not received, an investigation will be conducted before any refund or re-delivery.

Right of Return

You have 14 days to return a product starting from the delivery date. Returns must be made at your expense with the invoice and a completed returns coupon.

We recommend using registered post and purchasing insurance for the product’s value.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging; damaged or altered items are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For reimbursements:

If the product is returned within 7 days of its delivery, the User will be reimbursed via the same payment method as was used initially.
